Godot Developer (part-time)


Kosmos is a game development company with 11 years of experience. Our team has created several successful social and mobile games that made it into the top charts, including the Top 10 Grossing on Facebook. We always strive to make each new project better than the previous one. It’s important to us that our games are enjoyable not only for players but also for the people who create them.

We’re currently looking for a Godot Developer for a part-time/project-based role in our R&D team.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and improve the client-side of existing company projects using Godot;
  • Prepare projects for release on new platforms and integrate with various SDKs;
  • Optimize and improve architecture;
  • Implement new functionality.

You’re a great fit if:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Godot development;
  • You quickly dive into new projects and can easily switch between tasks;
  • You find simple and efficient solutions and bring them to life with quality;
  • You’re open to experimentation and not afraid to try new things;
  • You love games and want to create great projects together with a team.

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have experience developing web applications and integrating web platform SDKs;

Senior Tech Artist


Kosmos is a gamedev company with 11 years of experience.
Our team has created several successful social and mobile games that reached the top charts, including the Top 10 Grossing on Facebook.

Now our Tech Art team is looking for a Senior Tech Artist.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Slicing and implementing graphics into the game;
  • Managing and optimizing the graphic integration process;
  • Maintaining documentation (screen maps, graphic technical requirements);
  • Building and maintaining the project’s UI kit and asset library.

Key requirements:

  • A strong desire to create beautiful and successful games;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Tech Artist;
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and Unity;
  • Basic knowledge of Git;
  • Structured and optimized approach to graphic slicing and implementation;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams;
  • Interest and readiness to work with neural networks.

It will be a big plus if you have:

  • Experience with Adobe Animate or Spine;
  • Understanding of animation principles and experience creating UI or FX animations;
  • Knowledge of basic UX/UI design principles;
  • Experience writing documentation;
  • Experience working with Stable Diffusion;
  • Experience creating 2D art;
  • Basic coding skills and experience working in IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA, Cursor, etc.);
  • Experience mentoring or leading a team of technical artists.

  • Love games and take a genuine interest in the products you work with;
  • Can dive deep into a product, ask the right questions, and see beyond the numbers;
  • Are proactive, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to suggest solutions;
  • Think systematically — you see the product as a whole, can formulate and test hypotheses;
  • Can explain complex things clearly and simply, and present your findings effectively;
  • Are confident with data visualization and processing tools (Tableau, Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Metabase, Power BI, etc.);
  • Understand how analytics systems work (Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, devtodev, or similar);
  • Know the basics of SQL and understand data structures;
  • Use Python or R at a level sufficient for analytical tasks;
  • Have a solid grasp of probability theory and statistics;
  • Are a strong team player, communicate openly, and build productive relationships with colleagues;
  • Experience in game development is a plus, but not required if you have strong product and analytical skills.

It’s a plus if you:

  • A technical or mathematical education;
  • Understanding how data processing algorithms work.

We’re currently looking for an AI Tech Artist to join our team!

An AI Tech Artist is someone who builds AI-powered tools to help artists automate routine tasks, work more efficiently, and scale their output.

If that sounds like your kind of challenge — we’d love to hear from you!


Your future tasks:

  • Stay on top of industry trends and AI tool updates; regularly test new features and keep our solutions up to date
  • Train models, LoRAs, and Flux setups for Stable Diffusion tailored to specific art needs; deeply understand model training and fine-tuning to get the right results
  • Analyze artist workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency
  • Build complex, highly automated art workflows in ComfyUI for project needs
  • Maintain and update AI tools; help train artists to use them effectively
  • Work closely with Art, TechArt, and Dev teams

You are a great fit if you:

  • Have expert-level experience with generative AI tools (MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, etc.)
  • Understand the graphic production pipeline in social/mobile game development
  • Are highly proficient with both Automatic1111 and ComfyUI
  • Know how to work with LLMs and integrate them into automated pipelines
  • Can write your own scripts and tools — either independently or with AI assistance
  • Are confident working in Photoshop and Figma

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have prior experience as a Tech Artist in the game industry
