Creative Manager (Gamedev)

Kosmos is a gamedev company with 11 years of experience. Our team has created several successful social and mobile games that have reached top charts, including the Top 10 Grossing on Facebook.

We set ambitious goals and strive to make every new project even better than the previous ones!
We see a major growth opportunity in improving our creatives and production processes. This will become one of the most powerful growth drivers for the entire company and especially for the marketing team. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Creative Manager to strengthen our current team.

What you will do:

  • Close collaboration with the Marketing Producer to implement the creative strategy and achieve UA KPIs;
  • Writing detailed creative briefs and providing feedback — managing tasks from idea to final delivery, ensuring quality control;
  • Providing daily feedback to designers on concepts and iterations;
  • Tracking trends in the mobile advertising market, searching for and analyzing competitors’ ads;
  • Working with UA data to formulate hypotheses and define future creative directions;
  • Generating ideas and participating in creative brainstorms, clearly understanding each hypothesis and the problem it solves;
  • Collaborating with Product and UA teams to achieve the best results;
  • Managing a small production team, improving processes, and developing the creative department;
  • Introducing innovative formats and ideas, testing unconventional approaches to identify hit concepts

Key requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Creative Manager in casual mobile games;
  • Ability to write clear and detailed briefs for creative teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate and justify ideas;
  • Ability to work with analytics and key advertising metrics, draw data-driven conclusions, and make informed decisions;
  • Understanding of the target gaming audience and its preferences;
  • Knowledge of current mobile advertising trends and the ability to apply them in practice;
  • Ability to provide timely and constructive feedback to improve creative quality;
  • Strong creativity, well-developed visual taste, broad visual awareness, and understanding of modern styles and design trends;
  • An up-to-date portfolio with examples of successful creatives;
  • Experience with AI tools for creative production or process acceleration is a plus.

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to influence products and processes, with a high degree of ownership.
  • A team where everyone genuinely loves what they do.
  • Maximum transparency and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Flexible start to the day — you can begin work from 11:00.
  • Official salary and a solid benefits package.
  • Conferences, courses, and knowledge sharing — everything you need for professional growth.
  • Free optional sessions with a psychologist — we care about mental well-being too.
  • High-end hardware and licensed software only.
  • Remote work is possible!

UA Lead / Performance Marketing Lead

Kosmos Games is a gaming company leading the publishing of web games and focusing on social casual mobile games. Our titles — Solitaire Social, Mahjong Social, Yatzy Social and others — consistently rank in the Top Grossing Facebook Instant Games (positions 10–20). The company is now entering an active phase of mobile expansion.

We are looking for a UA Lead / Performance Marketing Lead who will own the strategy and execution of user acquisition for our key products (web for retention, mobile for growth), build a scalable and experimental UA system, and become one of the key drivers of revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Grow the revenue and profitability of the portfolio through efficient web & mobile UA: identify, validate, and scale profitable “product × channel × creative” combinations.
  • Build a systematic and scalable UA engine that does not require constant hands-on involvement from the CMO: processes, reporting, automation, control points instead of micromanagement.
  • Act as a partner and leader for Product, Creative, and Analytics teams: jointly search for growth opportunities instead of “spending on autopilot.”

Required experience and skills

  • Deep hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads (web and/or mobile) in performance format, with monthly budgets from tens of thousands of dollars.
  • Experience scaling games or similar products to profitable UA (ideally — casual, social, casino, or board games).
  • Strong analytical skills: unit economics, cohorts, LTV/CAC, ROI, understanding how creatives and channels impact project P&L.
  • Ability to set and validate hypotheses without emotional attachment: evaluate value vs. risks & complexity, kill non-working ideas quickly.
  • Experience managing people (minimum 2–3 team members) or a strong track record of mentorship and managing contractors/agencies.

What we offer

  • Real product impact: you will work with games that already generate stable revenue and lead their niche, as well as mobile products we aim to accelerate into new growth.
  • Autonomy and trust: we expect mature decisions and alternative points of view — micromanagement is not part of our culture.
  • A strong senior team: UA, creatives, analytics, producers, and a CMO with deep experience in scaling games and building processes.
  • Lean, productive processes: OKRs, focus on growth levers and experimentation, regular retros and check-ins instead of endless meetings.
  • Remote work with flexible hours, a distributed team, and a high performance-based compensation level.
