We set ambitious goals and strive to make every new project even better than the previous ones!
We see a major growth opportunity in improving our creatives and production processes. This will become one of the most powerful growth drivers for the entire company and especially for the marketing team. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Creative Manager to strengthen our current team.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Producer: receive ready directions, hypotheses, and priorities for creatives.
  • Formulate clear, structured, and understandable briefs for designers and motion teams.
  • Manage creative tasks from idea to final asset, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide daily feedback on concepts and iterations, helping to strengthen ideas and bring them to the required quality.
  • Work with references: collect examples of competitor creatives and market trends, and adapt them to the team’s objectives.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, proposing ideas and improvements within the given directions.
  • Collaborate with designers, the UA team, and Marketing Producer to synchronize tasks.
  • Monitor creative quality, ensuring alignment with hypotheses and target audiences.
  • Use basic performance metrics (CTR, IPM, CVR, CPA) to analyze creative results and make improvements.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate the preparation of ideas, texts, references, and briefs.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Creative Manager in the mobile casual games industry.
  • Ability to work according to predefined creative directions and hypotheses.
  • Skill in writing clear and structured briefs for designers and motion teams.
  • Understanding of key metrics (CTR, IPM, CVR, CPA) for analyzing creative performance.
  • Experience with iterative creative work: improving hooks, first seconds, visuals, and presentation.
  • Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback on creatives.
  • Quality control of creatives from concept to final version.
  • Ability to work in a team with UA and Creative/Marketing Producer.

Nice to have :

  • Understanding of A/B testing principles for creatives.
  • Experience scaling successful creative concepts.
  • Experience working with multiple contractors or teams simultaneously.
  • Interest in performance creative trends and advertising platforms.

What we offer:

  • The opportunity to influence products and processes, with a high degree of ownership.
  • A team where everyone genuinely loves what they do.
  • Maximum transparency and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Flexible start to the day — you can begin work from 11:00.
  • Official salary and a solid benefits package.
  • Conferences, courses, and knowledge sharing — everything you need for professional growth.
  • Free optional sessions with a psychologist — we care about mental well-being too.
  • High-end hardware and licensed software only.
  • Remote work is possible!

Senior UA Manager (R&D)

Kosmos is a game company and a market leader in publishing social casual games. Our products (Solitaire Social, Mahjong Social, Yatzy Social, and others) are among the Top Grossing Facebook Instant Games.
We are actively expanding our team and investing heavily in R&D, testing new game prototypes, genres, and growth approaches.

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our R&D team and become the key expert in launching and scaling new mobile and web games — from early tests to full-scale growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop launch strategies for new prototypes and soft-launch projects, from zero to scale
  • Design and run creative and marketing tests: hypotheses, methodology, analysis, interpretation of results, and insights
  • Find non-standard scaling opportunities: new targeting options, audiences, segmentation approaches, and early growth signals
  • Define when, how, and for what purpose to launch campaigns at different stages of a project’s lifecycle; plan budgets and control spend
  • Provide expertise on growth strategy: what drives project growth and which metrics are critical at each stage
  • Work closely with R&D and Operations leads, and collaborate with product producers

What we’re looking for:

  • Senior-level experience in mobile UA with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, AppLovin, Unity, and other channels; deep understanding of channel specifics and algorithms
  • Proven experience successfully launching new mobile games in recent years (soft launches, MVPs, prototypes)
  • Excellent understanding of the current mobile market: creative trends, testing approaches, channels, what works now — and what doesn’t
  • Strong analytical background: unit economics, cohorts, LTV, early metrics, and the ability to make decisions with incomplete data
  • Proactive mindset: you don’t wait for detailed briefs, you propose ideas, defend your point of view with arguments, and influence outcomes

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with R&D projects and scaling them from scratch
  • Experience with traffic acquisition for web-based projects
  • Experience finding and scaling non-standard targeting strategies or creative angles
  • Deep understanding of and experience with casual / social / board game genres

What we offer:

  • Work on new mobile games where your decisions directly impact the fate of the project
  • High level of autonomy and trust — we value expertise over checklist execution
  • Strong team of producers, analysts, creatives, and UA specialists with proven launch and scaling experience
  • Focus on experimentation and growth, not bureaucracy or reporting for reporting’s sake
  • Remote work, flexible schedule, and competitive performance-based compensation
