Now our product team is looking for a Product Analyst.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Shaping and managing the focus of the analytics team;
- Analyzing user behavior, in-game, and product metrics;
- Researching and developing new game features based on data;
- Influencing the strategic direction of projects;
- Running A/B tests and validating hypotheses;
- Evaluating the profitability of new features and events;
- Visualizing and presenting your findings to the team;
- Building and prioritizing the backlog of hypotheses;
- Working closely with the product team to grow one of the most successful games on the market.
You’re a perfect fit if you:
- Love games and take a genuine interest in the products you work with;
- Can dive deep into a product, ask the right questions, and see beyond the numbers;
- Are proactive, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to suggest solutions;
- Think systematically — you see the product as a whole, can formulate and test hypotheses;
- Can explain complex things clearly and simply, and present your findings effectively;
- Are confident with data visualization and processing tools (Tableau, Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Metabase, Power BI, etc.);
- Understand how analytics systems work (Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, devtodev, or similar);
- Know the basics of SQL and understand data structures;
- Use Python or R at a level sufficient for analytical tasks;
- Have a solid grasp of probability theory and statistics;
- Are a strong team player, communicate openly, and build productive relationships with colleagues;
- Experience in game development is a plus, but not required if you have strong product and analytical skills.
It’s a plus if you:
- A technical or mathematical education;
- Understanding how data processing algorithms work.
