Creative Producer (Gamedev)

Kosmos is a gamedev company with 11 years of experience. Our team has created several successful social and mobile games that have reached top charts, including the Top 10 Grossing on Facebook.

We see a major growth opportunity in improving our creatives and production processes. This will become one of the most powerful growth drivers for the entire company and especially for the marketing team. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Creative Producer to strengthen our current team.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute the creative strategy and achieve UA KPIs.
  • Write detailed creative briefs and provide feedback — owning tasks from idea to final delivery, ensuring quality control.
  • Give daily feedback to designers on concepts and iterations.
  • Track trends in mobile advertising, research and analyze competitors’ ads.
  • Work with UA data to form hypotheses and determine future creative directions.
  • Generate ideas and participate in creative brainstorms, understanding each hypothesis and the problem it solves.
  • Collaborate with the product and UA teams to achieve the best results.
  • Manage a small production team, improve processes, and contribute to developing the creative department.
  • Implement innovative formats and ideas, testing unconventional approaches to find hit concepts.

Key requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Creative Producer in the casual mobile games industry.
  • Ability to write clear briefs for the creative team; strong communication and argumentation skills.
  • Ability to work with analytics, key metrics of ad campaigns and product performance; make data-driven conclusions and decisions.
  • Experience producing Playable Ads, understanding tools and technologies (or a strong desire to learn quickly).
  • Understanding of the target gaming audience, its preferences and behaviors.
  • Knowledge of current mobile advertising trends and ability to apply them in practice.
  • Ability to provide timely, constructive feedback to improve concept quality.
  • Creativity, strong visual taste, broad creative exposure, understanding of modern styles and design trends.
  • A relevant portfolio with examples of successful creatives.
  • Experience with AI tools for creative production or workflow optimization is a plus.
