What you will be doing:
- Creating high-quality materials for advertising creatives of our products.
- Working with the full cycle: from sketches and storyboards to final assets for animators.
- Creating engaging promo materials (icons, banners, and screenshots) for new projects on different platforms.
- Interacting with product artists to implement external tasks and working with assets based on feedback from the product team.
- Providing constructive feedback to the team to improve the overall quality of visuals.
Key requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an artist.
- Experience in a creative team (mobile games, social projects, or marketing) or in an animation studio.
- A portfolio.
- Strong hand-drawing skills (for sketches, storyboards, and illustrations).
- Knowledge of composition and color theory, artistic taste, and attention to detail.
- High artistic skill in character design.
- Ability to create scenes with game levels for creatives based on existing assets.
- Ability to work with references and use AI tools (for example, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney) in the pipeline.
- Initiative: willingness to improve processes, propose ideas, and increase team efficiency.
