Senior Tech Artist

Kosmos is a gamedev company with 11 years of experience.
Our team has created several successful social and mobile games that reached the top charts, including the Top 10 Grossing on Facebook.

Now our Tech Art team is looking for a Senior Tech Artist.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Slicing and implementing graphics into the game;
  • Managing and optimizing the graphic integration process;
  • Maintaining documentation (screen maps, graphic technical requirements);
  • Building and maintaining the project’s UI kit and asset library.

Key requirements:

  • A strong desire to create beautiful and successful games;
  • 3+ years of experience as a Tech Artist;
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and Unity;
  • Basic knowledge of Git;
  • Structured and optimized approach to graphic slicing and implementation;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams;
  • Interest and readiness to work with neural networks.

It will be a big plus if you have:

  • Experience with Adobe Animate or Spine;
  • Understanding of animation principles and experience creating UI or FX animations;
  • Knowledge of basic UX/UI design principles;
  • Experience writing documentation;
  • Experience working with Stable Diffusion;
  • Experience creating 2D art;
  • Basic coding skills and experience working in IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA, Cursor, etc.);
  • Experience mentoring or leading a team of technical artists.

Product Analyst

Now our product team is looking for a Product Analyst.

  • Running A/B tests and validating hypotheses;
  • Evaluating the profitability of new features and events;
  • Visualizing and presenting your findings to the team;
  • Building and prioritizing the backlog of hypotheses;
  • Working closely with the product team to grow one of the most successful games on the market.

You’re a perfect fit if you:

  • Love games and take a genuine interest in the products you work with;
  • Can dive deep into a product, ask the right questions, and see beyond the numbers;
  • Are proactive, take ownership, and aren’t afraid to suggest solutions;
  • Think systematically — you see the product as a whole, can formulate and test hypotheses;
  • Can explain complex things clearly and simply, and present your findings effectively;
  • Are confident with data visualization and processing tools (Tableau, Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Metabase, Power BI, etc.);
  • Understand how analytics systems work (Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, devtodev, or similar);
  • Know the basics of SQL and understand data structures;
  • Use Python or R at a level sufficient for analytical tasks;
  • Have a solid grasp of probability theory and statistics;
  • Are a strong team player, communicate openly, and build productive relationships with colleagues;
  • Experience in game development is a plus, but not required if you have strong product and analytical skills.

It’s a plus if you:

  • A technical or mathematical education;
  • Understanding how data processing algorithms work.

Senior Delivery Manager

Now our marketing team is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager.

Your future tasks:

  • Coordinate tasks both within the marketing team and with other teams (product, art, community, etc.);
  • Build and optimize processes and communications;
  • Keep track of timelines and priorities to ensure everything happens on time;
  • Help the team stay focused and not get lost in the task tracker;
  • Identify and fix bottlenecks in processes.

You are a great fit if you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager;
  • Have strong skills in managing cross-functional teams;
  • Are familiar with and have hands-on experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Can ensure transparency and accessibility of information for all stakeholders;
  • Possess systems thinking and a solid understanding of software development principles;
  • Can document and describe processes, have contributed to optimizing existing ones, and created new ones from scratch;
  • Know how to build effective communication;
  • Have a good understanding of what the marketing team does — and have always wanted to work closely with them!
