Our team has created several successful social and mobile games that reached the top charts, including the Top 10 Grossing on Facebook.
Now our product team is looking for a Product Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Act as a feature owner, working with the core team to shape and develop the product vision, define strategy, and prioritize product development.
- Define product goals and key metrics; formulate and test hypotheses.
- Manage product features and initiatives from idea and task definition through implementation and results analysis.
- Dive deep into data to identify growth opportunities and make fact-based decisions.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, designers, and other teams to achieve shared goals.
- Contribute to improving team processes and help shape the product culture within the company.
Requirements
- Experience in product analytics in gamedev or working with gaming products in live operations.
- Strong understanding of how data supports product decision-making.
- Ability to think strategically and see the product holistically, not just at the task level.
- Deep product ownership: ability to ask the right questions, identify real problems, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Proactive mindset and decisiveness — willingness to take responsibility and initiate changes.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Google Sheets, Excel, Metabase, Power BI, or similar.
- Understanding of analytics platforms such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, devtodev, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of data structures.
- Working knowledge of Python or R sufficient for analytical tasks.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching and developing your own product features or initiatives.
- Experience running A/B tests and experiments in products with large audiences.
- Knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
