If you’re missing some of the skills above — that’s okay. We’re happy to help you grow into the role and support your learning. Just let us know in your cover letter which areas you’d like to improve.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer on mobile F2P projects, especially in economy, balance, or monetization

  • Product mindset — you see games not just as creative works, but as business products
  • Interest in games and a desire to understand the mobile F2P market more deeply
  • Structured thinking and the ability to build logical, scalable systems
  • R&D mindset — flexibility, willingness to quickly explore new areas, and a focus on finding optimal solutions to test hypotheses
  • Self-management and a sense of ownership
  • Familiarity with AI tools to help speed up routine tasks

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to write queries

Junior AI Engineer (AI Automation Engineer)

Kosmos is a game development company with over 10 years of experience. Our team has created several successful social and mobile games, some of which reached the Top 10 Grossing on Facebook. We always strive to make each new project better than the last. We care deeply that our games are enjoyable — not only for players, but for the people creating them.
And we believe great games require not only strong development — but strong marketing too.

Right now, our marketing team is looking for an AI & Automation Engineer — a specialist in implementing AI agents and automation for marketing workflows.

If you’re passionate about building useful AI assistants, automating routine tasks, and experimenting with the latest AI tools — we’d love to hear from you!

Important:

To apply for this role, please make sure to:
✔ Attach a short cover letter answering the questions below;
✔ Complete a short test task (takes ~1 hour; you’ll have 1 day to complete it). The task will be sent to you right after applying.

Please answer the following in your cover letter:

  • Tell us about your experience with automation — pet projects, hackathons, blogs, or handy scripts you built for yourself.
  • Share 2–3 examples of your work with no-code platforms, Python bots, or AI agents. Have a mini-MVP (e.g. automated weekly digest or reporting bot)? We’d love to hear about it!
  • Imagine you need to build a working solution quickly. How do you usually approach the task? What do you focus on first, and when do you consider it “good enough”?

Your future tasks:

  • Develop and configure AI agents for internal processes (e.g. email analysis, digest creation, note-taking, decision support, and more)
  • Build automation scenarios using tools like Shortcuts, Zapier, n8n, Reclaim, Make, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
  • Integrate various tools and platforms (Asana, Notion, Slack, Telegram, Google Calendar, Email, GPT API, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain internal AI assistants (e.g. for marketing planning, research, or analytics)
  • Set up and manage automated reports, spreadsheet syncs, AI dashboards, and smart bots

You are a great fit if you:

  • Have basic experience with Python / JavaScript / no-code automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Are familiar with GPT usage (via API or no-code tools)
  • Are curious about AI agents (AutoGPT, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
  • Know how to work with APIs (REST, Webhooks, OAuth, etc.)
  • Can quickly research, document, and test new tools and ideas
  • Understand business processes and can identify opportunities for automation

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have experience with marketing or growth hacking
  • Have worked with Notion API, Asana API, or Slack API
  • Are interested in UI/UX and user feedback
  • Have created chatbots (Telegram, Discord, Slack)
  • Feel confident communicating in English, including using GPT in English

What we offer:

  • A team that truly loves what they do;
  • The opportunity to influence projects and a high level of autonomy in your work;
  • Transparent processes and minimal bureaucracy;
  • Flexible working hours – you can start your day as late as 11:00;
  • Competitive salary and a strong healthcare package (DMS);
  • Free psychological counseling if needed – we care about mental health too;
  • Access to conferences, courses, and internal knowledge-sharing – everything you need to grow!
  • Top-notch equipment and only licensed software;
